Waiting times for bike advice depend on the day of the week and the number of customers in Biketown. Therefore, we recommend booking an advice appointment prior to coming to our shop to avoid waiting times.
To guarantee a fair order to all customers without advice appointment, we use a pager system. Please get in touch with our information desk staff if you would like to have a pager. The pager will alert you as soon as the next adviser is free. In the meantime, you can have a look around our shop or have a cup of coffee. You will be informed automatically via the pager when it's your turn.
