Collection, processing and use of your data

You can use our website without providing any personal data. We only store access data, such as the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you visit our site, or the name of the requested file on an anonymous basis. This data is used solely to improve our website and does not contain any references to your identity.

Personal data is only collected when you provide such data voluntarily when placing an order, opening a customer account or registering for our newsletter. Your data will only be used without your express permission for processing your order and for distributing our catalogues/mailings. When you register for our newsletter, we will use your e-mail address for advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Transfer of personal data

We will only process personal data for order processing purposes and only transfer it to third-party service providers where necessary for this purpose. In order to provide delivery tracking information, we will transfer your email address to the parcel service for that purpose only. Thus, the parcel service may inform you about the current status of your delivery. The delivery tracking information is sent by e-mail. Your personal data is encoded during the online data transfer using SSL, SHA-256 with RSA encryption, RSA with 2048 bit exchange by Symantec Corporation. Your customer account can only be accessed with your personal password. We use cookies on various pages to make your visit to our website more enjoyable and to facilitate the use of certain functions. These cookies are small text files that are deposited on your computer. Most of the cookies we use are deleted from your hard disk after the end of the browser session (session cookies). Google Remarketing

This website uses Google Remarketing for marketing and optimisation purposes. Google Remarketing generates cookies whenever you visit our website to show you targeted ads. Use of Google +1 plugins

Our website uses the “+1” button of the Google Plus social network, which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). This button is identified by a “+1” sign on a white or coloured background.

If you open a page of our website that contains such a button, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Google's servers. The contents of the “+1” button are transmitted from Google directly to your browser and integrated into the website. We do not have any influence over the amount of data collected by Google via this button, but we assume that your IP address is stored.

Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge

We have integrated the Trusted Shops Trustbadge on this website in order to display our Trusted Shops Trustmark and offer the Trusted Shops products to customers after placing an order.
This serves the protection of our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer according to art. 6 (1) 1 lit f GDPR that are overriding in the process of balancing of interests. The Trustbadge and the advertised trust badge services are offered by Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, Germany.
With every use of the Trustbadge, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file which contains e.g. your IP address, the date and time of the request, the volume of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the request. Those access data are not analysed and are automatically overwritten no later than seven days after the end of your website visit.
Other personal data are transferred to Trusted Shops only if you decide to use or have already registered to use Trusted Shops products after placing an order. In such a case, the contract concluded between you and Trusted Shops applies.

IntelliAd Webtracking

This website uses the web analysis service with Bid Management from intelliAd Media GmbH, Sendlinger Straße 7, 80331 Munich, Germany. Anonymised data is processed and saved on an aggregated basis, and user profiles are created from it, in order to ensure effective design and for optimising the website. Using intelliAd Tracking involves cookies being saved locally. You have the right to deactivate the saving and further use of your browsing data. This process serves to improve tracking precision. A first-party cookie (ia-) is placed on the customer domain as part of the process. Complete IP addresses are also not saved as part of the procedure and are only processed in anonymised form.

With our free newsletter you can stay-up-to-date on our latest offers, customer events, prize draws and trade shows. We use the ‘double opt-in’ process for newsletter subscription, which means that we will only send you a newsletter, if you click the confirmation link in the confirmation email to confirm your subscription.
Please note that we need your email address for subscription. You will only receive a personalised newsletter, if you share your personal data when registering as a new customer. We only ask for your title and name to personally address you in the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time. You can find a respective unsubscribe link in every newsletter email.
