Check your body regularly with the medically certified Index™ BPM blood pressure monitor from Garmin. The intelligent all-in-one device for measuring blood pressure and heart rate helps you to optimally monitor your health and training status. When used correctly, the Garmin Index™ BPM provides accurate blood pressure and heart rate values on the integrated display.
