Heute das erste mal richtig getest. Und zwar in Essen-Kupferdreh, wo es schon echt heftig verwurzelte und steile Trails gibt die an diesem Tag echt Naß und rutschig waren.
Ich bin Begeistert.
Das Groundcontrol klettert sehr gut und Kraftsparend die steilsten Anstiege hoch.
Ich musste mich natürlich erstmal an das Bike mit größe M gewönnen, da ich vorher ein Endurobike in S gefahren bin mit 160mm Federweg V/H ( anderer Hersteller ).
Aber selbst die Trails die etwas verblockt ( leichte Stufen, Steinpassagen und nasse Wurzeln steil runter) waren konnte ich sicher durchfahren, und Federweg habe ich nicht vermisst. 120mm V/H haben mir völlig gereicht. Ich knalle allerdings auch nicht runter wenn ich Touren fahre.
Die montierten Reifen, Maxxis Forekaster haben dabei echt gute Arbeit geleistet. Obwohl ich die eigentlich erst austauschen wollte bleiben die drauf😉, ein Allrounder der stärken bei feuchtem Wetter hat.
Qualität, Optik Fahrgefühl und Preis Leistung sind für mich Top.
