Can I go to a different workshop for an inspection? 
That is of course also possible. But if something comes up that could affect the warranty, you need to have it processed by us or our partner workshops.

 

I have purchased a used Rose bike from someone else. Does the Crash Replacement service apply to me as well?
The Crash Replacement service can only be applied to the first owner and can’t be transferred. But you are welcome to get in touch with us and we will try to help you.
